With a lifetime of exposure to the construction industry and more than ten years of hands-on experience in the field of construction defect repair and restoration, Scott is one of a handful of repair professionals who truly understands the unique details and demands of the industry. From his first construction job as a site laborer through five years as a water intrusion specialist with a local construction firm, he received an on-going education in proper waterproofing techniques.
Since founding Remco-Deacon in 1998, he has developed a well-earned reputation for honesty and integrity in the Puget Sound and beyond by building an excellent working relationship with many of the premier architectural and engineering firms in the area.

After graduating from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Jeff worked for McNally Tunneling Corporation as an engineer.
Joining RemcoDeacon in 1997, Jeff worked as Project Manager on a variety of projects for RemcoDeacon and has been one of our most capable and aggressive managers with a great gift for communication and the ability to bring consensus between the many groups that contribute to the success of a repair and restoration project.
As our General Manager, his extensive experience in remediation project management and engineering background has earned him the respect and support of the entire company.

Scott’s first construction project was a tree house he built at the age of six. There is no question it was assembled with the same meticulous attention to detail he applies to each and every project which crosses his desk today.
Since joining our team as a project manager in 2000, Scott has been of unparalleled benefit to Remco-Deacon. In his capacity as our Chief Estimator, he helped to establish systems and procedures that make consistently detailed, comprehensive estimates ranging from a few thousand up through millions of dollars the rule.
As Operations Manager, the entire project management team will benefit and learn from his varied experience in the preparation of estimates, design and implementation of various structural elements, on-site inspection during construction, and hands-on project management to follow each project through to successful completion.

Hank Pelto - Special Projects Manager

Hank's construction experience comes from a variety of specialized construction areas, including mechanical, sheetmetal, vibration/sound control, seismic control and equipment/facility maintenance. He enjoys improving existing facilities and facitily components.
A graduate of the University of Washington, Hank completed the general engineering requirements and supplemented his knowledge with courses in chemical, mechanical and civil engineering.
Raised on the eastern side our state, but relocated to the west, Hank has enjoyed the great diversity of our state throughout his career in construction and management.

Brian has been breathing new energy into Remco-Deacon since signing on in 2003. With over 20 years experience in sales management and business development, his industrious approach and his cheerful, positive demeanor have been instrumental in promoting a new community awareness of the quality services Remco-Deacon offers.
Brian graduated from Bridgewater State College with a B.S. in Political Science/Public Administration prior to relocating from Massachusetts. |
