It became clear early on that there would be unexpected framing damage that would require structural work and shoring beyond the levels projected in the original scope on this five unit condominium repair in the heart of Kirkland. By project's end, our team had removed and replaced more than 20,000 sf of Hardi-plank siding and installed a complete a rain screen system as well as new windows through and a Pacific Polymers membrane coating system on the decks before repainting the entire building.
