Riverfront Landing is a 45-unit, three-building waterfront complex situated along the Sammamish slough in Bothell. There was an extensive amount of water damage to the roof and the repairs were labor intensive. The scope of work included a siding re-clad, roofing, replacing the waterproof membranes at the decks and building penetrations and a wide assortment of structural, interior and courtyard repairs. Even through the uncharacteristic winter snow and rain, the project was kept on schedule by acquiring the extra manpower necessary and keeping thorough documentation.
