These reviews begin early, during conceptual design, and continue through design development, culminating with construction documents and permitting. We play an integral role in the process, overseeing document development within established budgeting, scheduling and quality guidelines. We assist the architect and consultants in evaluating design options such as site development, floor plan efficiency, structural systems, detail and material alternatives, finishes, MEP alternatives and other factors that contribute to maximum utilization of the project budget. |
