With a lifetime of exposure to the construction industry and more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the field of construction defect repair and restoration, Scott is one of a handful of repair professionals who truly understands the unique details and demands of the industry. From his first construction job as a site laborer through five years as a water intrusion specialist with a local construction firm, he received an on-going education in proper waterproofing techniques.
Since founding Remco Deacon in 1998, he has developed a well-earned reputation for honesty and integrity in the Puget Sound and beyond by building an excellent working relationship with many of the premier architectural and engineering firms in the area.

Tom Bielenberg, Repair & Restoration Division Manager | Seattle:
Tom has worked in the construction industry for 20 years — 15 of which were with Remco Deacon — and is known for his crew management skills when working in occupied facilities. He began his career with Remco Deacon as a carpenter before progressing to foreman, superintendent and operations manager for S.D. Deacon. His achievements as operations manager led to his incredibly valuable contribution to Remco Deacon as division manager. His expertise, attention to detail and experience working with homeowners' associations have resulted in the successful completion of many complex projects. |

Brian Pare, Director of Business Development | Seattle:
Brian has been breathing energy into Remco Deacon since signing on in 2003. With over 20 years experience in sales management and business development, his industrious approach and his cheerful, positive demeanor have been instrumental in promoting a new community awareness of the quality services Remco Deacon offers.
He graduated from Bridgewater State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science/Public Administration prior to relocating from Massachusetts.

Anita began her career in the construction industry 20 years ago after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Regional Institute of Technology in India. She joined S.D. Deacon in 2006 as a project manager and having recently transitioned to division manager for Remco Deacon, we are confident that with her exceptional ability to understand the needs of our clients and communicate those expectations to her staff, our repair and restoration group will be operating under highly capable leadership. |

Drew's passion for remediation projects and exceptional ability to provide a wide array of preconstruction services have led to his expertise in the construction defect arena. Channeling his attention to detail and hands on knowledge, he provides detailed estimates, serves as an expert witness for litigation and manages all aspects of facility repairs.

Jeremy Dietz, Business Development Manager | Sacramento:
Jeremy's multi-faceted background provides him with an excellent foundation to promote repair and restoration work. He has been a superintendent, project manager and estimator, and began his career at S.D. Deacon in 2005 by doing preconstruction work. His current role allows him to use his accumulated knowledge and communication skills to help clients arrive at solutions to complex remediation issues.
