The philosophy of value engineering and constructability are interrelated, and we review each portion of the project with both issues in mind. Value engineering and constructability reviews start during the schematic design and continue through the completion of working drawings. The most important period, when changes can be made with the least disruption, is at or near the end of design development. Allowing us to perform a Value Engineering and Constructability Review, as we have with many clients, will provide innovative solutions to potentially complex design challenges. We find the best results occur when we can “brainstorm” with the design team and the owner’s representative before construction begins.

Testimonials
“Remco Deacon performed admirably throughout construction. They kept the site neat, clean, and safe, delaying work as needed to meet the needs of the tenants. During construction, existing surfaces were protected from damage, and through forethought, it's my opinion, that delays and changes were avoided.”
