Located in Portland's downtown Pearl District, access and staging for this project was very limited. Repair of the condominiums required replacement of the brick veneer, siding and windows throughout the complex of three-story buildings. In order to assure the safety of the residents, we installed safety tunnels to each of the five buildings.
